Meet Justine Nelson 

Integrative Wellness and Mindfulness Coach

Hello! My name is Justine Nelson I am a certified Integrative Wellness and Mindfulness Coach, licensed in the state of Nevada. I have a BA in Interdisciplinary Studies in Art and Psychology and a MS in Mind-Body Medicine. I am continuing on to be certified as a Health and Wellness coach from the NBHWC and obtaining my 200hr Yoga Teaching Certification so I can implement the practice and philosophies of Yoga into my coaching practice.

 My approach to coaching is holistic and integrative. I believe that in coaching it is important to examine each aspect of life including our mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual being and explore how each one affects the other. Therefore, my coaching style integrates various mind-body techniques, such as mindfulness, into the coaching sessions to help build self-awareness and long-lasting change.

 

To me, coaching is the process of self-inquiry that helps the client tap into their strengths and transform their weaknesses in order to adopt and maintain lifestyle changes and improvements. Coaching is also a collaborative relationship where the client (not the coach) is the expert. I believe that everyone is the expert in their own life and sometimes we just need a little encouragement and support to help find our way.

Coaching Can Help Generate...

Inquiry. Questions and answers are at the heart of coaching. Thought and action are inspired through the

process of inquiry . . . what do you want?, what stands in your way?, and, how are your going to get there?

Clarity. Coaching helps you to define what you want and how you’re going to get there. Once defined,

coaching keeps you moving.

Pattern interruption. The structure and support of coaching serves to interrupt the unconscious patterns of behavior‚ creating the opportunity to consciously look at what is happening and perhaps choose differently.

Conscious goal commitment. What you focus on expands. If you make a conscious commitment to move forward with a goal or intention, you’ve immediately increased your chances of realizing that goal or intention.

Chunk down the big goals. An ongoing coaching relationship helps you define and take the first step towards that big goal‚ effectively moving out of inertia. You start to think in terms of, “What can I do today to help me move towards my goal?” Your coach is there to keep you on track all the way to the realization of your goal.

Accountability. Making a commitment to your coach increases the consciousness that is brought to that commitment. It is no longer simply something you want to do, but something you have committed to doing. Big difference.

Real-time feedback. The ongoing conversation and action plan allow for immediate feedback. New ideas or concerns can be quickly addressed and appropriate changes adopted to keep the momentum going.

Health Strategy Session: Single session $80

  • Session held online via Skype

30 Day Intensive: Weekly meetings for 1 month (4 sessions total) $200 (payment plans available)

  • Foundation Session: (60min.) detailed intake and plan creation.

  • 3 Coaching Sessions: (45min.) to meet weekly to ensure success with creating and sticking new habits

  • Unlimited Email and Text Support: in between sessions to support you when you need it most. You're never alone.

  • Access to Extensive Tools: Throughout the coaching process you will receive various tools to help brainstorm and goal plan. These include mind-body tool such as meditations and breathing exercises to help reduce stress and promote self-care.

  • Sessions held online via Skype

3 Month All In: 8 sessions spread out over 3 months to ensure success $400 (payment plans available)

  • Foundation Session: (60min.) detailed intake and plan creation.

  • 7 Coaching Sessions: (45min.) over the next three months, spread out (7-14 days) to give you times to succeed with new habits.

  • Unlimited Email and Text Support: in between sessions to support you when you need it most. You're never alone.

  • Access to Extensive Tools: Throughout the coaching process you will receive various tools to help brainstorm and goal plan. These include mind-body tool such as meditations and breathing exercises to help reduce stress and promote self-care.
