WHAT I AM HERE TO DO: My purpose in life is to help humanity remember and reclaim play, love and joy through practicing mindfulness and creative expression! 

Mindfulness can be defined as, "Non-Judgmental, moment-to-moment awareness".  Practicing mindfulness has been shown to improve our creativity, focus/concentration, help regulate our emotions and decrease stress, anxiety and depression. 

When we learn to "observe" our thoughts and feelings without judgment we allow the space to live fully present and bring our most authentic self forward. 

However, mindfulness is a practice meaning that it takes time and dedication to reap the rewards. Though you can feel an immediate, short-term effect of meditation, it has been recommended that 6-8weeks of a regular mindfulness practice can actually alter your neural pathways to start thinking, feeling and responding more mindfully. 

As your coach, I can help you build a successful mindfulness practice and keep you accountable to your goals! 

HOW I DO IT: In my coaching, I teach the principles and practices of mindfulness to help "retrain your brain" to think more mindfully and help you reach your wellness goals so that you can achieve the changes you would like to make in your life! 

I also incorporate creative art expression techniques like art therapy and movement practices to awaken your inner child and wisdom that is within each of us.

Coaching Can Help Generate...

Inquiry. Questions and answers are at the heart of coaching. Thought and action are inspired through the

process of inquiry . . . what do you want?, what stands in your way?, and, how are your going to get there?

Clarity. Coaching helps you to define what you want and how you’re going to get there. Once defined,

coaching keeps you moving.

Pattern interruption. The structure and support of coaching serves to interrupt the unconscious patterns of behavior‚ creating the opportunity to consciously look at what is happening and perhaps choose differently.

Conscious goal commitment. What you focus on expands. If you make a conscious commitment to move forward with a goal or intention, you’ve immediately increased your chances of realizing that goal or intention.

Chunk down the big goals. An ongoing coaching relationship helps you define and take the first step towards that big goal‚ effectively moving out of inertia. You start to think in terms of, “What can I do today to help me move towards my goal?” Your coach is there to keep you on track all the way to the realization of your goal.

Accountability. Making a commitment to your coach increases the consciousness that is brought to that commitment. It is no longer simply something you want to do, but something you have committed to doing. Big difference.

Real-time feedback. The ongoing conversation and action plan allow for immediate feedback. New ideas or concerns can be quickly addressed and appropriate changes adopted to keep the momentum going.

1:1 Coaching Packages 
SACRED GODDESS COACHING - For my 1:1 coaching I currently work with women (all identifications) to reclaim their power as a sovereign goddess and gain mind-body tools to reach their wellness goals and transform their self-perception!

Mindfulness Discovery Session: Single session $150

  • One 60min. session to focus on what you need right now. You got this!!

  • In this session you will receive a mindfulness meditation, mindfulness techniques specific                                             for your needs, and a clearer vision on how you want to move forward with your wellness goals

  • Session held online via Zoom

  • This offering is good if you are curious about mindfulness and want to look deeper into your wellness and what you might want to work on. If you want to continue with the coaching, the price of this session will be deducted from the larger package you choose!

30 Day Intensive: Weekly meetings for 1 month (4 sessions total) $500 (payment plans available)

  • Foundation Session: (60min.) Detailed intake and plan creation.

  • 3 Coaching Sessions: (45min.) Meet weekly to ensure success with creating and sticking new habits

  • Unlimited Email and Text Support: In between sessions to support you when you need it most. You're never alone.

  • Access to Extensive Tools: Throughout the coaching process you will receive various tools to help brainstorm and goal plan. These include mind-body tools such as meditations, art therapy techniques and movement practices to help reduce stress and promote self-care.

  • Sessions held online via Zoom

  • This offering is good if you already have some sort of mindfulness or self-care practice and want to deepen and expand your practice and have extra support in keep you accountable to your goals.

3 Month All In: 8 sessions spread out over 3 months to ensure success $1,000 (payment plans available)

  • Foundation Session: (60min.) Detailed intake and plan creation.

  • 7 Coaching Sessions: (45min.) Over the next three months, spread out (7-14 days) to give you times to succeed with new habits.

  • Unlimited Email and Text Support: In between sessions to support you when you need it most. You're never alone.

  • Access to Extensive Tools: Throughout the coaching process you will receive various tools to help brainstorm and goal plan. These include mind-body tools such as meditations, art therapy techniques and movement practices to help reduce stress and promote self-care.

  • Sessions held online via Zoom

  • This offering is good if you are new to mindfulness or a self-care practice but know that are you are committed to diving in deep into your wellness goals and ensure you have the tools, support and guidance to make the healthy habits stick!
