Through my Master's in Mind-Body Medicine (MBM) I have devoted to studying and understanding the mind and body connection. In MBM the mind and body are not only interconnected, but they communicate on a psychoneurological level. In my coaching I utilize the principles and practices of MBM to explore and strengthen your mind and body connection in order to encourage holistic healing.

The medicine of Ayurveda understands that there is no one-size fits all approach to health and that if we follow the needs of our bodies unique constitution we can activate our
innate healing abilities.
Our womb holds endless wisdom and knowledge, but can also hold a lot of pain. In my coaching I help connect you to your menstrual/moon cycle and explore various practices to connect to your womb on a psychophysical level to encourage healing and awaken your inner divine wisdom.
