Visualization Practice:
Close your eyes and picture a large body of water.⠀
Visualize the cool, calm water and all the colors it’s reflecting from the sky.⠀
The water brings you a sense of peace and and all the healing you need right now. ⠀ ⠀
Now imagine this sense of peace and health flowing theoughout your entire being and then out into the world around you.⠀ ⠀
Extend this feeling of peace and health to your physical environment, the ones you love, and all those around you. ⠀ ⠀
